	We realise that the word “pilgrimage” has a different meaning for different groups. Some groups wish to have Mass/Eucharist every day, together with designated prayer or reflection time, whilst other groups wish to combine a holiday atmosphere with perhaps one or two services during their stay. Tours for Churches are dedicated to meeting your individual group's needs, and once you have booked with us, we will take you through a simple process to match your requirements within your chosen itinerary. For example, if you travel to Rome, we will be pleased to arrange Papal Audience tickets for your group where required.

	At Tours for Churches we book pilgrimages to match your needs, so you are not tied to travelling only certain days of the week. We recognise that you may prefer to be away from your parish for just one Sunday (or none) where possible and although many of our groups tend to favour outbound travel on a Monday or Tuesday for the shorter duration pilgrimage tours, we arrange departures on any day of the week regardless of whether you travel by coach or air.

	We offer as standard of one free place for every 20 passengers paying, but if you require more than this, let us know and we can adjust the ratio to suit your needs.

	Leaflets & Posters: When you have decided on the itinerary that you wish to promote within your parish/group, we will provide you with a supply of high quality colour leaflets to hand out to your group members and professional colour posters to place in suitable locations. Videos: For most destinations we have a video library, from which we are happy to loan a video if you are planning a meeting or gathering prior to your journey.
