A group pilgrimage can be a very special time and for many, the highlight of the year or even of a lifetime. Where and how you choose to make a pilgrimage can take a lot of thought and planning, particularly if you are coordinating group travel arrangements for members of your parish or diocese. Some people like to organise plans as far as two years in advance, and others prefer to book only eight months in advance. In our experience we have found that those planning approximately a year in advance experience the most success in gathering their group together. Once you have selected a destination that you would like to travel to, our friendly staff will guide you through the various options available to you. We will use our experience to help select the best choice of airlines or coaches, hotels and sightseeing and keep it is as simple as possible.

	Once you have booked with us, your pilgrimage will be in the hands of our specialist Operations Department. You will have your own dedicated Tour Consultant who will easily guide you through the build-up to your pilgrimage, and ensure that all of the necessary arrangements and special requests are in place for your group to have an enjoyable and smooth pilgrimage.

	For a group pilgrimage we normally require a minimum of 20 people, however on occasions and depending on your destination, we can accommodate groups with a minimum of 15 people. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your group.

	At Tours for Churches we book pilgrimages to match your needs, so you are not tied to travelling only certain days of the week. We recognise that you may prefer to be away from your parish for just one Sunday (or none) where possible and although many of our groups tend to favour outbound travel on a Monday or Tuesday for the shorter duration pilgrimage tours, we arrange departures on any day of the week regardless of whether you travel by coach or air.

	At Tours for Churches we like to offer you the best price we can, and with fluctuating flight costs we prefer to provide each group with an individual quotation for your chosen pilgrimage, which enables us to offer the best price possible at any time of the year.
