Coronavirus  Update

These certainly are unprecedented times. The world is in a constantly-changing situation, and we understand that you might be concerned about upcoming travel. Since the recent spread of Coronavirus, we have needed to cancel certain trips.

So, how do we make this decision? Our customers’ safety is our priority, so you can be assured that we always follow travel advice from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). This is monitored stringently and we are in an excellent position to respond quickly to changing guidance. If they advise not to go; we don’t go.

The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has led to a number of changes around the world. This is a rapidly evolving situation that we are monitoring 24/7. We will always proactively contact any customers whose trips are affected by changes to UK FCO advice. We know you will want to hear from us urgently, but please be assured that we will get to everybody as quickly as we can, in order of departure date.
